My Girls' Room

Last summer I decorated my girls' room and had never taken pictures of it. I was supposed to post this FOREVER ago so Grandma could see it, but I didn't. So, here it is. I figured I might as well do it before we move. :)

The colors are pink and green with a bird-ish theme. This is Kassidy's princess bed. I got this idea from the Design Dazzle blog. It is a plant holder that was green and I painted it white. I used sheer curtains and tulle to make the canopy. Then used coordinating ribbon to tie the material to the plant holder. I cut each of the girl's names in hot pink vinyl and put them above their beds. I also cut tons of birds and tree branches for the biggest wall in the room. I had a lot of fun doing it and Kassidy was pretty excited about it all. Especially having her name on the wall above her bed. Kaybree loved to look at her lanterns.

SO stinkin' cute! Wish you were here to help me with Tessa's room. I can't believe how big your girls are! I was thinking today that you needed to update your blog so we could see the girls, and you must have ESP. Can't wait to see you guys in May!
