Niagara Falls

Levi has had a few days off from school for Easter Break, and has been sick for most of them. Yesterday he was finally feeling better and we decided we were all tired of being at home so we went to Niagara Falls. The weather here was nice, so we thought it was a great idea...we were wrong. It was SO COLD and windy by the falls. They were definitely an awesome sight, and there is a lot to do there in the state park, but we didn't do it. We were there for all of 30 min. tops. Ah, we'll do it again when it gets warmer. :)

The beautiful falls. You can see that mist from miles away!

In this shot you can see all of the thick ice in the river at the bottom of the falls. Just a little further out, it looks like it's all frozen...CRAZY!

Here we are in front of the falls, all bundled up. Kassidy only has about 4 square inches of skin exposed to the "elements." She was either comfortable or really frozen because we didn't hear a peep out of her the whole time we were there!

I love that Niagra is so close to us! We should make a big trip up there this summer when it is warm!

That looks way cold. I think it would be neat to see the falls with all of the ice though. We should definitely plan a summer trip up there.

That looks awesome. Whenever we come to visit we'll have to go there. Only if it's warm though.:)
