Yesterday we had a good Easter. We went to church and Kassidy went to nursery for the first time. She did really good until she got her finger smashed in the door. :( The Easter Bunny came to our house after church because we have such early church. Once Kassidy saw her basket, we had a hard time tearing her away. She took every one of the mini cadberry creme eggs out of her basket and our basket and begged us to open them, biting into one with the wrapper still on because she was in a hurry! You can see the excitement on her face. We had a yummy dinner with the Browns, Calls, and Olsens. It was a lot of fun, and made Easter feel a little more like home. The only thing we didn't do as a family was an egg hunt. I had hard-boiled eggs (for my very first time), and we had decorated them, but ran out of time for a hunt. For Kassidy, I think all of the candy made up for the lack of egg hunting.

Here's Kassidy in her new dress that I made for her.

This is our family Easter picture. We couldn't get one with Kassidy looking at the camera. She just watched Bear run around. It was cold outside, especially without coats, so we had make it snappy!
This is the only pic we could get of Kassidy looking at the camera and smiling. I look like a lame-o, but Kassidy is what matters.

I love those pics! Who took the one of your fam? Are you serious you made that dress? Who are you? It is adorable!
Kassidy's dress turned out seeewwww cute!!! You are THE master seamstress! Sounds like you had a fun easter. Mine was spent caring for sick boys and teaching my first lesson in RS. Scotty still has a low fever, cough, and yucky nose. He didn't get to hunt for eggs either. :(
I love Kassidy's dress! Adorable...
And you look great! Ahh! It makes me miss Flagstaff days just a little bit. I'm glad you had a good Easter and that nice people invited you over. Holidays are never the same without crazy family members around.
Alesha, for the pic of our fam, I just did all of the settings on my camera, took a few test shots of Levi and K, and then we used the timer and a tripod.
Wow! The dress is so cute! You are amazing. I made Gracie an Easter dress for her first Easter. It took me forever to make and cost twice as much as a store bought dress. That ended my career in making dresses... Oh well. Kassidy's really is adorable!
you NEVER look lame. the dress looks beautiful!!
Hey - so good to keep up with you and your cute little family. We're going private because there are too many weirdos out there. Email me your email address and I'll include you. bingbingbiggulp@hotmail.com

I love the picture of you with Kassidy. I love your purple shirt! you both look beautiful!
You made her dress??? I'm SO impressed! Your pictures are super cute! Too bad there's snow in all the easter pics though...what's up with that?? It needs to go!
I don't know if you know who I am but, I went to nursing school with Levi at EA. I found your blog from Keri's. She went to High school with me. Anyways...I am glad you all are doing good. I can't believe how big your little girl is. She is so cute. So, how much longer does levi have of school?
