Ive been tagged, and I just have to tell 6 things about me: habits, traits, deep dark secrets, etc. and then tag 6 more people.
1. I'm married to my little brother.....Gross, just kidding! I think I hold the record for the most people asking me if my husband is my little brother. When Levi and I were dating, he would come visit me at college, and pretty much everyone would ask, "Is this your little brother?" or "Is this another Hansen?". Yeah, doofuss, I'm holding hands with my brother...you want to see us kiss? You would think this would stop after we were married, but no. When I was teaching and coaching tennis, Levi and I were talking to an opposing coach. I had been kinda rubbing Levi's neck, then I walked away. The other coach said to Levi, "So, are you the team manager or something?" thinking he was a student and I was his old lady mistress! Gross!! Yuck!! This is so not fair.
2. I LOVE to sew, and I have actually been paid to sew. I have made many formals, and I even made a zoot suit for Levi when we were dating. The love of sewing is contagious, and I have convinced some very unlikely people to take sewing classes with me (mainly boys, including Levi who made a white shirt for his mission). My dream growing up was to be a mom and make money for my family by doing sewing for people out of my house.
3. I love to bake...and then eat it. So, I usually end up taking most of what I bake to friends and family so I don't eat it all. Thus, I have no friends because they are all mad at me for making them eat the fattening goodies I bake.
4. I have moved 4 times in the 5 years I have been married, and I will be moving again (for the 5th time) in 8 weeks! I think instead of houses, I will just start living in a box so all we have to do is pick up the one box and go. This move will be the biggest and furthest move so far, and in the dead of winter (not a big deal for AZ, but HUGE for PA), so wish us luck.
5. I really don't like cats. When I was a little tyke, we always had kittens around, but they weren't allowed in our house. So, I'd play with them outside and then they would try to follow me inside. I would try to shut the door really fast so they couldn't get inside, and sometimes they were faster than me...but not quite fast enough, if you know what I mean. OKAY, so some of them met their death in the back door, and I feel terrible for that, but I think it scarred me for life. So, I think I just say I hate cats so I stay away and don't risk doing those things again. I don't know!
6. I have a crazy sharp memory. It has gotten me into some embarrassing situations, but it has also come in handy. How can it get me into embarrassing situations? Well, I remember pretty much everything people tell me abut themselves, names, when we met, etc. Too many times I have gone up to talk to someone and called them by name, only to have them say, "Have we met?" Apparently I am pretty forgettable. I should be a criminal...nobody could pick me out of a lineup if they can't remember me.
Now I'm supposed to tag people, but I'm going to break the chain. It's okay, I'm willing to risk the 10 years bad luck and that the guy I like will never notice me if I don't pass it on.

I remember the brother thing. You got that one all the time! And I'm sure the kitty dislike wouldn't have been as bad if your siblings hadn't reminded you over and over how you smashed kitties in the door. Otherwise, you would have been too young to remember. Sorry!!!!!
Oh, by the way, I'm laughing at you in my head!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Really? A Zoot suit? That is so cool. I can't believe that people really ask you if Levi is your brother, not very observant are they. And I HATE cats too. I don't even feel sorry for the ones that met their death by way of you back door.
P.S. Please don't ever tell Diane about my cat comment. I'm sure she would never talk to me again.
