Yesterday the girls and I ventured to Costco. It's a day-long ordeal because Costco is 1-2 hours away depending on which one you choose to go to. When we finally made it there, I had to go to the bathroom. Since I was by myself with my girls, they had to come in too. So, I'm holding Kaybree because I don't want to set her on the nasty floor. As I start to go, Kassidy yells, "There she goes!" in her best Little Einsteins pirate impression. Then, when I finish she yells, "Great job, Mamma!"
Can you tell we are potty training? :) It made me smile, and I hope it made the other bathroom patrons smile too.

That is to funny! I guess anything to get them excited about going to the bathroom is great. Let me know if you find the magic trick to potty training as I have yet to master it with Jace.
PS. You would have died if you saw Jace getting his pictures taken. He loved it....held every pose, said cheese, etc. We by far had the best pictures of him (like 5) versus the other kids. Totally surprised me (and the worker).
I love those comments. I am pretty sure I have got some of those from Ko too. Like "are you going peeps or poops?" Oh just what everyone needed to know! haha
That is hilarious!!!! I am jealous you went to Costco! Definitely worth your trip I am sure, and I am SO impressed you went with your daughters!

It doesn't really matter how long any of us have been potty trained... we all need positive reinforcement at some point!

I tried to comment on this last week but couldn't get this page to come up for some weird reason...
Anyway, when Ansley was little and we would be in the store I would tell her to hurry on the potty cause mommy needed to go too. (I was talking very quiet, of coarse) She would LOUDLY say, "DON'T HOLD YA SELF MOMMY! DON'T WET YA SELF MOMMY!" Me - "SHHHHSHSHHH!!! I'm not!" I was so embarrassed on many occasions. Gotta love our girls!
What a good chuckle that gave me. Ha. Gracie loves to announce what exactly I'm doing in the the potty. It's awesome.
