My Dad
My daddy is my fav’rite pal,
And I help him ev’ry day.
It’s plain to see I want to be
Like him in ev’ry way.
He teaches me that honesty
Is best in all I do.
I’m very glad that he’s my dad,
And I know he loves me too.

And blessing me, so sweet
For working so hard for our family
For helping me stand on my own two feet
For taking me outside when it's warm
And also when it's cold
For snuggling me when I was tiny
And still snuggling me when I'm old(er)
For carrying me when I'm tired
And giving me a safe hand to hold
I love you daddy, and want to be like you! Thanks for being such a great daddy!
