Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Kassidy finally has enough hair for pigtails. Yes, there was an s on the end of that word...plural pigtails! Woo-Hoo! I'm so excited to get to play with her hair, at least what little there is of it. I know, they kinda poke out funny, but hey, a mom's gotta make do with what she has!
